Dry sauna 90–100 °C · Infrared sauna 70–80 °C

Mixed sauna

In the sauna area you can choose between a dry sauna (90–100 °C) and an infrared sauna (70–80 °C). The infrared sauna operates from 5 p.m.

Why take a sauna

Sauna bathing has a long history thanks to its beneficial effects on the body, especially among the nations of the northern hemisphere. Heating the body in the sauna followed by rapid cooling has a positive effect on the heart and blood circulation, on the skin and mucous membranes, and strengthens the immune system.

The sauna improves overall physical condition, eases the consequences of overloading the musculoskeletal system, has a positive effect on micro-traumas of tendons, muscles and bones and, last but not least, brings the mental relaxation we all need today.
